The Orphans Fund

The Iron Swords war broke following Hamas’s unexpected brutal assault, on October 7th. The horrifying massacre left thousands of deeply traumatized families living near the border, displaced.

These innocent civilians, their homes obliterated by missiles, some burnt to the ground by Hamas terrorists, had to evacuate their Kibbutzes and Moshavs; Over 1,400 were murdered on that day. 240 children, elderly, women, and men were kidnapped into Gaza.

THE TEL AVIV FOUNDATION ORPHANS FUND

Tragically, following the attack over 300 children are now orphans. This staggering number led The Tel Aviv Foundation, in partnership with the IDF Widows and Orphans Organization, to establish the Tel Aviv Foundation Orphans Fund.

The Tel Aviv Foundation Orphans Fund will provide customized financial, therapeutic, and educational assistance to any child who was orphaned due to the Iron Swords war, including children of civilians, soldiers, police, firefighters, Secret Service, and more.

Viewing each child as an individual, the fund has created a tailored plan to help and support them through grief, supporting their mental and physical rehabilitation in the years ahead.
