One of the first day centers for senior citizens in Tel Aviv, and the first location of the Café Europa project. The center operates in a beautifully preserved building that was renovated in 1997. The center was established thanks to the generosity of Uzi Zucker, former Chairman of the American Committee for the Tel Aviv Foundation.
