The College was established as a higher education institution to address national educational priorities at the heart of the country’s social periphery. The Behavioral Sciences building was the first to be constructed thanks to the generous donation of Alfredo Bernstein, Benjamin Rosental, Fomento-Mexico. Following, the Computer Science building was built thanks to the generosity of Judy and Josh Weston. Two libraries were also established thanks to the generous donations of Malka Mozes and the Lindenfeld Family.
