The community center functions as the cultural and social hub of the Neve Ofer neighborhood. The state-of-theart center offers a range of recreational and enrichment activities for children, youth, adults and seniors. The building was designed by the Israeli international architect Moshe Safdie. The center was established thanks to the generosity of the Feldman family of Mexico, who further left their mark on the neighborhood through the establishment of a sports center and park.
