A square on HaMered Street, adjacent to the Carmel Market and Neve Tzedek. An impressive mosaic fountain was erected in the square. The square, along with others throughout the city, was established thanks to the generosity of the Tomer Family, in memory of their parents, Rebecca and Yitzhak Tomer-Titlebaum.
