A professional educational center for urban preservation and modern architecture in the White City, the center was founded by the Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality, The Tel Aviv Foundation and the German Government. In 2003, UNESCO determined that the White City areas in Tel Aviv were a World Cultural Heritage Site, and the center was built in The Liebling House for Urban Conservation.
