Located in the Kiryat Shalom neighborhood , the center includes a fitness center, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, a gymnasium, tennis court and auditorium. The center was established thanks to the generous donation of Avram (Dolphi) Goldstein-Goren, a Holocaust survivor who was a true friend of Israel, and adopted the Kiryat Shalom neighborhood for many years.
