The Need: Tel Aviv has the second-largest population of over 65 in Israel, a country with an above-average prevalence of loneliness.

Objective: Facilitate a program of face-to-face and digital services to improve social connections for elderly residents through a cutting-edge Social Impact Bond.

Impact: Reduce loneliness and social isolation by 20% for elderly residents over 12 months.
