Located in the Ramat Hahayal neighborhood, the center acts as a second home for the elderly, offering a wide variety of activities and services, with an emphasis on enriching recreational and social activities. The center is one of 13 projects established thanks to the generosity of Bernard and Carol Kossar, in partnership with their friends.
