Jose – “Pepe” and Ana Galicot, and 30 members of their entire beautiful family: children and grandchildren have dedicated new pre-kindergartens in Tel Aviv, 2 classes in the Neve Tzahala neighborhood and 2 classes in Nachlat Yitzhak neighborhood, allowing 140 children, ages three and four to be educated in outstanding facilities every year. By opening the municipal educational services to younger children, development gaps are being closed; parents can work and provide for their families, and families functions improve
